A new version of the COVID-19 reporting specification (11.0 Release 20210721) has been released in the RCKMS Tool. This new version of COVID-19 Reporting Specifications has been updated to align with case ascertainment criteria in the CSTE Position Statement 21-ID-01 titled “Update to the standardized surveillance case definition and national notification for 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19)”.

In July 2021, CSTE released updated versions of reporting specifications for Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection and Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM). Both conditions have SNOMED Condition Code updates.
