Updated Reporting Specifications for COVID-19 Available for Re-authoring (05.06.20)

A new version of the COVID-19 reporting specifications (6.0 Release 2020506) has been released. Version 6.0 includes the addition of laboratory criteria for culture tests. Please see release notes below for details. For your convenience, the RCKMS team has added version 6.0 into your account and copied over your existing rules and references for COVID-19. To reduce confusion as to which version to use, we also removed old unpublished versions (specifically those with status = “In progress”) of COVID-19 from your account.To adopt the new version, you will need to review the reporting specification and publish the new version to Published to Production status. Once the new version is published, any previously published versions will automatically change to retired status.

A new version of the COVID-19 reporting specifications (5.0 Release 20200415) has been released. Version 5.0 aligns the Default in RCKMS with the new CSTE Interim COVID-19 Position Statement. COVID-19: Updated Value Sets

On April 9th, 2020, value sets for COVID-19 were updated with additional LOINC codes for antibody and nucleic acid tests. Please see release notes below for details. Office Hours (New Dates) with an Updated Authoring Schedule

Please be advised that the RCKMS Office Hours, originally scheduled for April 2  &  April 16, have been rescheduled for Thursday, May 21 & Thursday June 4, 2020.  Each session will be held at 3:00 pm ET.  The authoring schedule with the new office hours dates is attached to this post. Calendar invites will be emailed separately.
