Greetings RCKMS Users! Please note some upcoming important dates: 

Thursday, June 1 at 3-4 pm ET: RCKMS Educational Session – Timeboxing Use Cases 

The RCKMS Administrators will present an educational session to prepare users for the upcoming initial release supporting timeboxing in RCKMS. During this session, we will walk through specific eICR scenarios to identify how timeboxing will impact reportability to public health. Please join us! 

 
Thursday, June 8 at 3-4 pm ET: RCKMS Office Hours Session – Timeboxing 

The RCKMS Administrators will hold an Office Hours session to train users on the upcoming timeboxing feature in RCKMS. This session will include an overview of how timeboxing works, along with a demonstration of timebox-related changes in the RCKMS Authoring Tool. Please join us for this informative session! 

Wednesday, June 14: Content Release 10 (email communication) 

CSTE will send email communications about the tenth release of Reportable Conditions Knowledge RCKMS content (Content Release 10). On June 14, the updated RCKMS Content Release materials will be available at https://rckms.org/content-repository/ under “RCKMS Content Release Materials”, however the updated content will not yet be available in the RCKMS tool. Please note that this release will include several updated conditions, but there are no new conditions added for this release. Please look out for the email communications with more details on June 14! 

Monday, June 19: RCKMS Timeboxing Release: Timebox-supported conditions available for authoring 

New Versions of Reporting Specifications for the initial timebox-supported conditions (COVID-19, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis C Virus Infection, Mpox, Syphilis) will become available in the RCKMS Authoring Interface, including eICR test cases to test timeboxed criteria. Supporting materials and Reporting Specifications Word documents will also be available at https://www.rckms.org/rckms-timeboxing/ 

 

NOTE: The RCKMS team is requesting that all PHA RCKMS users not use the tool on June 15 & June 16 to allow RCKMS administrators to update timeboxing reporting specifications. We will send a reminder to all users with more information about timeboxing-related updates!
